No seats, no per-hire fee, no metered bill. Every assessment is listed in your portal.

Agree a price
We agree your price per assessment and your first assessments when we set up your team. Then top up from your portal's billing page at that price, by card, with an invoice.

Provision a workspace
One assessment is used when the workspace is provisioned, before the timed round begins. AI usage within its token limit is included.

Returned assessments
Invitations alone use nothing. A round marked failed returns its assessment; an abandoned round or a submission that fails grading tests still uses one.

What does one assessment cost?
The price per assessment is agreed with your team when we set up your workspace, based on how many candidates you expect to assess. Email info@praxisai.site or book a demo for a quote. One assessment covers a provisioned workspace, AI usage within the round's token limit, and the report, without a separate metered AI bill.
How do we buy assessments?
Your first assessments follow the agreement with your team. Owners can buy more from Assessments & billing at the agreed price: choose 1 to 500 at a time and complete Checkout. Paid purchases add assessments to your team when the payment is processed and include an invoice.
When is an assessment used?
Invitations alone use no assessments. One is used when a candidate's workspace is provisioned, before they press Start inside it. Opening an invitation without provisioning its workspace does not use an assessment.
What if the round breaks on your side?
A round marked failed by the platform returns one assessment to your team. This returns assessment credit rather than a cash payment. A completed submission that fails grading tests, or an abandoned round, still uses its assessment.
Is there a per-seat fee?
No. Add as many colleagues to your team as you like; you pay for the assessments used.
What happens when we run out of assessments?
Unless your active monthly agreement includes extra assessments, new rounds pause when the balance reaches zero. Buy more from Assessments & billing. If extra assessments are included, they are billed at your agreed overage price. Existing rounds can finish.
